How does a wireless scanner connect to the computer?
It depends on the model: through a USB receiver, through the charging cradle, or over Bluetooth. Tell us which device you will use it with and we recommend the right model.
How long does a wireless scanner battery last?
Battery life depends on the model and on how often you scan. Cradle models charge whenever they are placed back, so they stay ready through the whole shift.
Can the battery be replaced when it weakens?
Yes. We supply spare scanner batteries and do the replacement in our workshop in Prishtina, as the authorized Henex service for Kosovo.
