We install and configure them through to the first print, keep you supplied with paper and labels, and service them in Prishtina with original parts.

Can I print labels on a receipt printer?
Not properly. A receipt printer works with a continuous paper roll, while a label printer detects where each label starts and prints exactly inside it. For labels you need a label printer.
Do thermal printers need ink or toner?
Receipt printers and direct thermal printers use neither ink nor toner — only thermal paper or labels. Thermal transfer printers use a ribbon, for labels that need to last.
Do you repair the printer if it breaks down?
Yes. As the authorized Bixolon service for Kosovo we diagnose and repair with original parts, such as printheads, rollers and cutters, in our workshop in Prishtina.
