We offer rack and tower models in the configuration you need, plus parts and upgrades for the server you already have. We install the system, mostly Windows Server, configure RAID and maintain the server in our Prishtina workshop. Every server comes with a warranty. Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a rack and a tower server?
A rack server is mounted in a standard server cabinet and saves space when you have several devices. A tower server stands on its own, like a large computer, and is practical for small offices.
Why a server instead of an ordinary PC?
A server is built to run without stopping: drives in RAID keep you working when one drive fails, error-correcting memory protects your data and parts are quick to replace. An ordinary PC is not made for that.
How do I know which configuration I need?
Start from the software the server will run and the number of users. Send us your software vendor’s requirements and we prepare the quote to match.
Can I upgrade the server I already have?
Often yes: more memory, larger or faster drives, or a different processor. Tell us the model and generation of your server and we tell you what fits.
Do you repair servers bought elsewhere?
Yes. We diagnose and repair HPE ProLiant servers even when they were not bought from us, in our Prishtina workshop.
Do you install the operating system?
Yes. We install and configure the system, mostly Windows Server, so the server is ready for your software when you receive it.
Do the servers come with a warranty?
Yes, every server we supply comes with a warranty. The warranty terms are stated in the quote, and we handle the warranty ourselves in Prishtina.
